"The room was not very clean at all, and there were damaged spots everywhere. The carpet has so many stains on it, and the sculpture looked like it had never been dusted. Also, the AC barely worked and it was super hot. It didn't seem like carpet was vacuumed as there was loose string and chunks of plastic on the floor. It was such a disappointing stay, they seem to have no standards for the room upkeep and I am very unsatisfied with having to stay here."

"The breakfast bar exceeded my expectations all three mornings I was there. Two types of egg dishes, bacon, sausage, potatoes… different each day. My only complaint is with the HVAC… very noisy fan. Fortunately, the window could open so I could turn it off to sleep. Two others in my group had miserable nights sleeping because of heat/cold/noise issues. "

"The property needs some maintenance. Bathroom fan extremely loud, only one chair stained and damaged. Sink plug didn't work, TV hard to operate. When thinking about leaving early due to wife's medical condition, they refused to refund unused days. Will not stay here again."

"This is my favorite bed-and-breakfast in Lake Tahoe. The bedroom had a bed that was more comfortable than most hotels. I’ve stayed in. The room was warm during the winter stay. The view in my bedroom bathroom and kitchen area where we ate was spectacular and just magical to see this snow cap mountains over the lake.
