"No thwre was no kitchen. The room was nothing like the pictures. It was hair everywhere. The shower water went down slow. No real light by the jetted tub. Everything was old. And the room smelled. the breakfast was awful. 2nd day breakfast area didnt look like it had been cleaned. Only thing that looked pleasing was the courtyard. Outside doors the locks didnt work. Floor by the shower and tub were dented in. And the breakfast area was FREEZZING COLD!!!! Definitely would not recommend....they...

"The maid service was poor. The food was okay. The price for a massage was to high. However it was close to Woodfield Shopping Mall. I paid for the room and still they had several more fees. The service simply was not there. "

"Wonderful staff and thankful the pool was nice and warm granddaughter had a blast and it kept her occupied when our flight got canceled, only issue was the shuttle driver I am used to driving in big cities and dealing with crazy drivers but this man scared everyone to the point people got out before there terminal and chose to walk the extra because of his erratic driving. "

"*Stayed during Chicago St.Patty's Day festivities. Hotel was overall okay. Me and my partner stayed in the king suite and when we walked in we were happy with the room but not with the cleanliness. The room had an overall smell of past smoke/meldew probably due to it not being used in a while or not being cleaned properly.
