"While trying to cancel or move the dates of my stay because I had to fly to Colombia to provide medical relieve after the earthquake, the hotel was not willing to move my stay, cancel my stay, give me credit to use in the future, or even partially refund my stay. Expedia was very explicit “reportedly” to the hotel. This is an extreme lack of empathy and terrible businesses."

"The room was clean but a bit outdated, the bathroom fan didn't work & the mattress felt like I was sleeping on a box spring, super uncomfortable. I also don't understand why the parking costs $12.50."

"The room smelled old, musty and moldy as soon as you walked in. It looked like there were mold issues in the shower at the edges where the slab of the shower wall ended as it was all black along there. I’m sure the carpeting in the rooms needs a good cleaning."
