"Location is good in terms of restaurants and shopping and hotel is clean.
However check-in experience was lacking. I had requested early check in or an extra night since our flight came in early. They took so long to reply that when they did they were booked. Had to wait in the lobby for hours and they didn´t advise the room was ready until I went up to ask.
Rooms do not have AC only an HVAC system that is not efficient. This is not advised anywhere on the listing. The room feels...
