"We booked this hotel based on the great reviews, and they were absolutely spot on! The entire property is immaculate and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and pleasant. I requested an extra pillow, and they even delivered it directly to my room.

"We were given a room and two keys. Went to the room, opened the door and it was full of girls and mom's dressing for a wedding or something. Very uncomfortable for all, me and my 13 year old son included. And worse yet was the front desk attendant was rude, not apologetic and we had to carry all our luggage back up front from the back end of the hotel. We did get moved to a room with a better view, but still.....
We also had a view of police raiding a homeless camp. That was interesting,...
