"These are brand new lofts/apartments so there is lots of "new construction" smell in all areas. The A/C units are still not working, only fans, which made it uncomfortable during the hot days. Pricing should be better during this construction time, plus they don't mention it on the descpription."

"Pay attention to the photos of your booking. The apartment is different from the hotel. The shower in the apartment leaked water out by the bottom of the door. Water was nice and warm. WiFi was fast. Air conditioning worked great only in the living room area. The bedroom only has a fan that faces the bottom of the bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is right next to the Zoo and near many restaurants. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was made fresh. "

"Clean, safe, spacious, convenient & perfect for what we needed. Not to mention having a refrigerator is a huge bonus when traveling in Guatemala. The only minor down side was how hard the pillow was but overall, it was a great stay!"
