"Amazing hotel with great personnel. The staff was professional all around - Oscar and Robert who worked the bar, Danielle who was so kind to extend my stay a few hours. The room was perfect. "Very professional and kind. Clean with complimentary hot cocoa and water. Great staff that love what they do and made wonderful accommodations for my daughter and I with no trouble. They were informative and I felt very welcomed. The indoor pool was clean and open until 10pm. Incidental and parking fair and affordable. The Bistro was 7/10, solid 8 for the kind bartender and kitchen staff."

"The overall experience was AMAZING! From the hotel staff to the restaurant staff, everyone’s service was exceptional. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the food was also good. The way they accommodated their guests and their staff during the snow storm has to be recognized. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Look no further!"

"Didn’t eat breakfast, room was very clean and comfortable with a great city view. Only complaint was the individuating the next floor up above my room had a child who ran around constantly so it became pretty noisy and aggravated to hear continuously."

"The room was nice and quaint. I loved opening the heavy blinds while laying in the bed and wnjoying the lights that frame King street from one end to the other. Nahom, Steven, and Jeffrey stood out during my stay they gave me an umbrella, jumped my car, recommended great food places, and overall kindness was displayed with the utmost professionalism. I will come again and request Room 212."
