Cari Hotel di Faridabad District

"Good experience"

"Our family experienced severe maintenance and service issues during our stay. A non-smoking room assigned to our senior family members smelled strongly of smoke, and maintenance staff only offered to spray freshener, initially refusing to change the room. Furthermore, the AC in another room leaked water, and maintenance only offered to wipe the floor and hope it stopped. We also found hair in the shower drain in a relocated room. Moving multiple times was exhausting for our senior family...

"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The food is excellent, the hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Good stay but needs maintenance we had to change room 4 times in a day because of cleaning not done in room and non of the rooms had ac working it was very hot and after 3 changes on the fourth room we got a better working AC"

"Worst experience "

"Since its a no frills / economy property, our expectations were quite realistic. Positives include central location, friendly cooperative staff, good food. Areas need improvement are upkeep of the property, maintenance, health club."

"Good decent rooms with fair response from staff. Room was not clean on entry, food ordered was not good ."

"Room"

"Safe and quite"

"Dirty room especially the bathroom. I requested housekeeping, they sent a young male/boy with a wooden broomstick, a dirty cloth floor mop to do the cleaning. I asked this young male/boy if he has proper cleaning/disinfectant supplies for the bathroom, he showed me an old water bottle inside it is a blue liquid. That’s all he got. "
