"Hot showers and great food and staff. Alona beach was just over the beach walk and not really suitable to hang out on. Had to walk up towards the end for the sand. Just a 10 min tok tok ride to Dumaluan Beach where you can use the amenities and hang out on a gorgeous beach at the Oceanica. Highly recommend doing this. El at guest services was so helpful arranging a private driver to go see the chocolate hills, man made forest, Tarziers, bamboo bridge and the bee Farm resort. Would recommend this...

"We had a wonderful, welcoming stay here. It is an older hotel that is dated, but nevertheless, has a friendly staff and an excellent food selection for breakfast and drinks. We stayed at the concierge level where we had happy hour included from 5-7pm everyday and connecting rooms. The resort has snorkeling where you can see fish right from the beach. "

"Great place. Walking distance D’Mall. If you are vegetarian there is not really many choices of warm Filipino food available at the buffet. The direct pool access was perfect for my toddler. She enjoyed the pool time. If you want to sit at the beach. There are limited seats so you need to wake up early and get a spot. The water is so beautiful. Staff are amazing "

"Booked 3 rooms for 1 night as we were needing somewhere to stay overnight before continuing further up north, but there were a lot of things that went wrong.
To start, one of the rooms prior to checking in were left open. You would think that by adding the number of people staying per room, this would indicate how much toiletries to put in each room (towels, toothbrushes, etc.). This was not the case and we had to ask for additional towels for a room that is supposed to accommodate 4 people....

"The buffet breakfast was fabulous with choice of hot, cold and custom eggs. We sat on the beach patio while being attended to by the friendly staff.
The pool was usually quiet which we enjoyed. The attendants were always available to serve us food and drinks. The afternoon popcorn and ice cream were wonderful added treats.
There were lounge chairs available right in front of the resort too.
Although it was in station 2, we didn’t find it crazy like we thought it may be. Probably because we...
