Gave us advice on things to do and suggestions on where to eat. Simple but fresh & tasty breakfast ready in the morning was provided at out convenience. "Nous sommes restes 3 jours Les serviettes de toilettes n'ont pas ete changees, l'espace douche est tres etroit. Odeur desagreable en entrant dans la chambre. Les appliques pres du lit ne fonctionnaient pas et en tres mauvais etat. Petit dejeuner correct Le personnel d'accueil tres aimable. Le prix est bas. Hotel bien place pour acceder au tram "

The hotel is very central within easy reach of the town centre and all the main visitor sites e.g. Menin Gate. The staff are very kind and all speak fluent English. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel."
