"The hotel needs an update. The carpet, elevators and parking. The restaurant employees were very courteous and professional. However, the check in desk clerk could use a class on common courtesy, not very accommodating. Oh yeah, the water pressure in the vanity sink was very low. It was like at a rest stop."

When we finally did get the room there was dirty sheets on the bed and no bed protectors on the bed and there was mold on the walls. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty!!!!
