"Our stay was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and did all what they can to make our stay comfortable, they allow us for early check in and late check out although the resort was fully booked at that time. The breakfast buffet was generous, well diversified, and with excellent taste of food. The housekeeping service was excellent, the room was tidy, and well cleaned and maintained everyday. What can I say more about our stay other than it was excellent and joyful, I wished I could stay for...

"Excepcional en todo. A 5 minutos en coche de Petra. Piscina y jacuzzi en piso alto con vistas a montaña de Petra. Decoracion del hotel muy bonita. Instalaciones fantásticas, todo muy nuevo. Amabilidad y atencion extraordinarias. En el momento de nuestra estancia habia pocos huespedes. Contratamos media pension y nos hicieron la cena a la carta y a nuestro gusto, recomendando platos jordanos. Desayuno buenisimo, todo muy fresco. Muy recomendable

"The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. Other than breakfast, it is a bare-basics place. Clean room to start with, not much more."
