Cari Hotel di Grand Reims

"Breakfast is good but the water of coffee machine sometimes is not hot enough to brew a cup of tea. Fruits and fresh juices is good. We need an iron but it doesn’t function well even changed the other one. The swimming pool is too small if you want for exercise. Staffs is helpful at the front desk, plenty of parking space."

"Great location"

"The hotel is good"

"They don’t have air conditioning , my phone was broken, the burger was terrible and there was no shampoo"

"sehr gutes Frühstück,warme Croissants, Baguette hell/dunkel, also für jeden was dabei? hilfsbereites Personal, ab und wann wird mal"

"Perfect location to stay in Reims. Several sight seeing points are within walking distance and bus/tram ride. Hotel is located at the pedestrian square, lots of restaurants/cafes and shopping are just in front of the hotel."

"Awesome rooms, staff and roof terrace bar"

"Noise, noise, noise. Don't expect to get a good rest here. Expedia's listing states the rooms are soundproofed - they are not. Rooms at the front have poorly soundproofed windows and the restaurant/bar in the street below is very noisy until 2am. Noise from adjacent rooms is also loud and bothersome. The listing also says there are coffeemaking facilities - there are none."

"お料理やワインは素晴らしくとても美味しかったです。 レストランスタッフの対応が残念でした。"

"Beautiful"

"The building, hallways and rooms feel like dorm or hostel setup, very institutional feeling. The rooms are clean however and ours had a nice balcony. They had a nice breakfast that was included and added to the value. Getting to reception was a little tricky as you need to get through a gate and the intercom system is a little confusing. As is entry even after you have registered. The location is OK. Street parking is slim but free from 7pm til 9am and pretty reasonable if you need to during...

"Lovely, large, room. Very comfortable bed, with quality linen. Close to town. Parking onsite a bonus. Worth a short visit to explore Reims."

"Wonderful base camp oasis to visit the Champagne region. All staff are highly professional, attentive and courteous, from the valet to the porters to the front desk to the bar and restaurant to the housekeeping team. Truly 5 Star service. The junior suite was well appointed and comfortable. The sitting areas and pool were also delightful. The restaurant amply deserves it's three Michelin stars. Highly recommended. Two very minor niggles: the shower stall could use a small shelf to place...

"Het hotel ligt in het centrum, er is een fijne rooftop, maar was tijdens ons verblijf de tweede avond gesloten, ivm personeelstekort, wel jammer. Het ontbijt was prima. Mooie grote kamers"

"Bad We arrived at the hotel around 12:30 pm. There was no staff onsite! Other guests told us the receptionist would be available after 2:00 pm. The hotel description mentioned that there are limited parking spaces upon requests. Actually, there are no parking spaces. There is no elevator. Carry-up the stairways. This could be a common issue for inner city small hotel. So, do your homework carefully. Good Location is good."

"Alles Tip Top."
