"Nice rooms. Fridge did not work in room so our drinks were all warm. AC did not switch down even tho there was a thermostat in room. Tv kept crashing at least 4 times rebooted itself. Did inform front desk said would notify maintenance but nothing. Nice room nice pool. Breakfast ok but let down by above"

"I was highly disappointed in the staff working the bar. I stayed four nights on the property and the customer service was severely lacking. On quite a few nights, the bar was understaff with a new bartender (he used a booked to figure out how to make a drink listed on the cocktail list. On another night I directly asked a different bartender if he knew how to make an old fashioned. He said 'Oui!' and pour me a Sir Davis on the rocks. Definitely need staff training to run a better bar program."

"We were upgraded to cathedral view and it was honestly the most stunning hotel view I’ve had, that really made the trip special. Location is great, staff were super helpful and the hotel was great."

"Perfect location to stay in Reims. Several sight seeing points are within walking distance and bus/tram ride. Hotel is located at the pedestrian square, lots of restaurants/cafes and shopping are just in front of the hotel."

"An exceptional and truly excellent experience on a world-class stage, our room in the Cottage was newly updated and gorgeous. The staff was amazing, including helping us get to the correct train station to catch our TGV to Paris. Dinner at Le Parc was exceptional. Finally, the location is exceptional for champagne tours - with two of the best right across the street. This is a stay for your bucket list."

"Clean room, kind staff, great location. However, the room is much smaller than it looks in the photos (although the bathroom is a good size) and we went in june so it was extremely hot - and the fans they provided in the room are quite weak. No AC, which is the main downside for summertime travel. But if the weather is good, id say the room is very good value."
