"The room was great, well stocked. Very clean, smelled fresh. Your neighbors make a big difference, it was a pretty intrusive with kids standing on our porch trying to pet our dog. Things did quite down but we had to shut our door and curtain."

"The location was lovely however due to lack of air conditioning it was an uncomfortable stay. Our rooms were small and stifling , the fans outdated and not adequate , doors could not lock. On hot days the staff could at least open windows and turn on fans."

"The view from our room was breathtakingly beautiful, and the room was clean. That said, the room and property were rundown, with areas rusty, torn, and stained. Without air conditioning, the place was stifling on a warm day. Good thing the weather cooled down, or I don't think we could have continued to stay. It was, sadly, not at all worth the steep price."

"Great location. Brief walk to lake and trails. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin. While it was dated, it was clean. Cabin 5 has great views of lake, and small stream next to cabin creates soothing sound during the night. Kitchen functional and clean, but dated. Great that this had AC as we had unexpected heat. Great food at restaurant in complex. Cute little store with lots to pick from to make your stay comfortable in terms of food, snacks and gifts. If you want fancy and modern this is...

"It was a nice room. My issue was i couldn't extend my stay, i had to check out and rebook and the rate would be double, probably because it was a Saturday."

"Property has many amenities for kids and adults. Rooms were ok. It is a pet friendly resort and it is noticeable in rooms. WiFi doesn’t work very well so for having a streaming tv it’s not a very good combination."

"The room was not clean. There was sand on the tile floor, a rag was left in the bath tub and cup rings were left on the night stand. The breakfast room was messy and the coffee was cold. Staff was difficult to find. The wi-fi didn't work. I asked staff about it and was told "sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't". No attempt was made to fix it."

"I was never informed after booking that the property turned into an Airbnb style as Al amenities hours changed to a restricted schedule. Have been staying here for years and was expecting the same experience as all other years Very disappointing since we book strictly for the pool and hot tub and to enjoy in the evening hours and as well as the adult hours."

"I stayed in cabin 15. It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all needed appliances and dishes, bathroom had all amenities, bedroom was cozy and porch had two chairs to relax outside. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. I would recommend and will go back!"
