Not so good: No air con in bedrooms, busy main road (Very noisy), shower not working and in 3 days bothing done about it.

"The room has lovely sea views but the carpet is heavily stained and the decor generally quite tired. The room was also incredibly hot despite being offered a fan by the helpful staff. It is a great hindrance that the windows cannot be opened more than a few inches.
For a hotel of this reputation and in this price range, air conditioning should be incorporated throughout.
The ground floor area and amenities like the pool are wonderful, as are the friendly staff.

"Super sauberes Zimmer, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück steht morgens in einem Korb vor der Zimmertür.
Täglich wechselt die Obstbeigabe im Korb, die Milch war immer frisch portioniert.
Das Zimmer mit Kanalblick liegt an der Hauptstraße über die der gesamte Verkehr läuft, etwas störend tagsüber aber nachts „friedlich“. Wir empfehlen das Guest House gerne weiter, auch wg. der guten Lage zum Zentrum von St. Peter‘s Port."

"The hotel was in a good location with parking, staff friendly and helpful, housekeeping was excellent and there was a swimming pool but we didn’t use due to not taking swimsuits, I was stay again,,"
