"Overall, like if the property had two star, the front staff is great friendly ladies who are very helpful. We went to go see the manatees in the national park and they called the taxi and got us there. The overall the property is nice and well maintained nice colonial style. The bed was good, air-conditioned room. Beyond that the food is exorbitant. The food was good, but I’m paying the same prices at a high-end restaurant in the United States. Also no one, but the front staff can crack a smile...

"The room was clean; however, the shower had mold and mildew throughout. The tiles were cracked, and the grout between them was moldy; instead of replacing the tile, they used grout. When you walked into the room, the entire room smelled musky. I was told Upper Management is aware of the mold issue, but they aren't doing anything about it.
