However in my 2 weeks at travelling thru Greece and staying at 5 different hotels - the front staff were the least helpful and condescending rude. I arrived by car and at check in was shown on a map where to park the car - problem was I was not asked to park my car off to the side to bring in my luggage. "There’s a reason this hotel has so many good reviews - it’s absolutely amazingly well run. The rooms actually looked better in person than the pictures to our surprise. I was also very impressed with the food as it was all fresh, healthy and the variety served was all done to a high quality. The staff were also exceptionally helpful. "Great family resort, food selection was very good unless you are super fussy, our daughter is and even she managed to have a pretty full plate each meal. Drinks were a good selection. Kids club was good but activities were fairly minimal. Beaches were lovely. Pools great for everyone. The beds were hard, but not lumpy, pillows fine. There is a go cart track next door that my son enjoyed. You can easily walk in to town or down to other beaches. We had a great stay."

"Overall the Mitsis Laguna is an excellent resort. It's well maintained and the staff are extremely polite and helpful making the overall experience excellent. The only point to make was the sound proofing in the bungalow that we had near the 2nd pool. We could hear the people both above and in adjoining room quite clearly and the early morning cleaning outside woke us up most mornings."

"We had a cave room which had everything we wanted. The only gripe I had was the pillows. I prefer feather but I know this is a personal choice. "Not enough variety in the food at the buffet. Pool hours were not conducive for guests closed @ 1800 hours. Wine bar didn’t offer enough variety of Demi-sec wines."

"A luxury retreat to rejuvenate and release tension. Extra shoutout to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who were welcoming and helpful from end to end of our stay. Highly recommend the cave suites, the view is spectacular and you might not even need to leave the room the whole time you stay!
