"The reception team is extremely helpful (especially Eric). We were able to check in already at 10am on the day of arrival and keep the room until 2pm on the day of departure. We also received an upgrade for one of the rooms. Breakfast buffet has everything you need - egg dishes are ordered directly and freshly prepared. "The short stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Hong Kong was very pleasant, the hotel is centrally located with many shopping amenities closed by. Walking distance to the subway and trains. The hotel although is old is well maintained. The breakfast is good, it has a wide spread of various types of food, both Western and Asian.. the bell boys are very alert and helpful… will come back again in my next visit to HK"
