"Everything was exceptional and we were well looked after.
The Spa as expected was busy and unfortunately some customers who use the facilities are rude or don't have any etiquette and just reserve beds with towels and not use them. "

"This was our first time in Budapest and we travelled to the hotel using the airport express bus. It is a less than 10 minute walk from the bus stop and a great base for exploring the city. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was warm, well maintained and the hotel offers everything you need for short city break with a fantastic breakfast buffet with a choice for everyone. My only negative (which is out of the control of the hotel) is that it can be quite noisy outside if you have...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel truly welcome from the first moment.
The room was comfortable, clean, and very relaxing.
Staying here for my birthday made the experience even more special.
