I have used Hotels.com for years, this is the first time this has happened and therefore also the first time I have realized how difficult it is to contact hotels.com if something happens. 3 days later I have still not god to a chat, found a phone number or anything to contact Hotels.com directly. "We arrived early off the ferry but that was no problem to our hostess. Our apartment was tiny but spotless with a balcony we could sit on and enjoy the amazing view. The downside of this of course is all the stairs! The friendly dogs and cat were a bonus! The location was excellent, walking 5 minutes from the ferry port and the centre of town. "
