"What an experience in this historic hotel! While we were only there for one night, on the way out of Mumbai, it was an amazing opportunity to enjoy the history and design of this hotel. We had a very informative tour of the hotel with Nelson, who gave us a unique, first-hand, insight into the heritage. The room was well appointed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, even if only for one night."

"We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...
