"Everything about this place from check in to check out was amazing. The check in was seamless, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The two onsite restaurants are wonderful. The infinity pool and bar is perfect. We also got massages at the spa and Becky and Raziya were so professional. Valencia and the hotel staff were also wonderful. Highly recommend."

"Had a very nice stay overall. Shout out to the front desk staff who were always helpful and the location is good as well. Only issues were the shower (hot water setting gives lukewarm at best) and one housekeeping lady who for some reason didn’t believe me (and went ahead to checked the room twice) when I said there are no tissues in the room and had requested for some. I mean, if someone actually wanted to steal from a hotel room, there are better things than facial tissues 🙃. But other than...
