"Nice hotel. Just what you would expect really. Very grateful for view of pleasure beach. This made my daughter’s holiday very special. Let down a bit by reception staff. Young girl very miserable & didn’t seem to be enjoying her job at all. There was also a terrible smell from our bathroom the whole time. Poss drain problem? Cleaners on the other hand were wonderfully courteous & welcoming. Overall a good stay & would stay again."

"Hotel seems old overall even with the renovated rooms. We had trouble with our AC and it took multiple calls before management took any action. We switched rooms to a smaller room than what we paid. The AC still didn’t work properly in the new room. The hallways always had trash from the rooms on the floor. Staff was nice but didn’t address issues immediately and I had to keep calling and finally around 11:30 PM at night the manager changed our room even though I told them about the AC not...

"Booked a double seaview room which was ok but nothing to really shout about. Bed was comfortable, lots of storage and bathroom ok. Our room was situated next to the main entrance to the corridor so could hear the fire door open and close all night. Also.oppoaite a cleaning cupboard so they were in and out from quite early in the morning.
