"Recepsionist and driver helpfull "

"The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room."

"Excellent location! Waking up to the stunning mountain views in the morning was the highlight of our stay. The Resort is peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax while still being close to Interlaken and other attractions. We truly felt at home and would love to return someday."

"I love living in the apt. Only downside no ac but since the weather is cold, ac is not that important"

"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. First time pick up, they charged CHF 8. Going down to train station also the same CHF 8. When we call again, for pick up at train station, the...

"View excellent"

"My 2nd time visiting this hotel. The service is still impeccable on every aspects. My favorite is the spa facility with a view that’s quite unique at the open outdoor area."

"It felt very authentic to the region."

"Our stay was truly special and one we will remember fondly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm, friendly staff, who were always kind, attentive, and happy to help. It’s those little personal touches that make a stay feel so much more than just a hotel experience. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s food, which added another lovely dimension to our stay. The amenities were wonderful, and the whole atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. And the view of the...

"It was a nice stay and the staff is great!"

"We loved everything about our stay here. We stayed 3 nights. The beds were so comfortable, the property was very well manicured and clean. We also tried other restaurants but decided “THE DECK” was the best. We had lunch and dinner there. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Dinner service was kind of sporadic and not the most professional but still a good experience."

"This is very nice place !!!! Incredible view, great people breakfast very good, very nice rooms ,very cool place"

"Fantastic location, 2 mins from the train and bus station, surrounded by mountains. High quality and well thought out details: high quality breakfast (ft alpine cheeses and butter etc), complimentary tea any time, great common room with floor to ceiling glass views of the mountains outside, outdoor rooftop with chairs, complimentary little postcards, affordable private sauna you can book, helpful web app with a great UI. Definitely recommend"

"Very nice location. Right in the center of the city. What is very special for us is there are super market and laundry just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull for us. would be great if the aircon is cooler. Sadly we stay there when heat wave happen in Europe. So the AC doesnt good enough. Other thing is, would be good if there is fridge on the room. Other than that, i would still reccomend people to stay here."

"Beautiful property and I’d likely stay again. Just some simple things for them to adjust. We travelled for 10 days to different cities. This was the first hotel which did not have the sofa bed ready when we checked in. No big deal, they turned down the bed after I asked. Unfortunately sofa bed itself was in poor condition. The second night, I asked them for a mattress topper which they provided. Rooms are very nice but some of the light switches did not work and some bulbs were burnt out....

"Do not book here. Was forced to find different accommodations, but thankfully lots of other better options in Interlaken. Feel free to reach out with questions. Interlaken, however, is lovely. This hotel… not so much."
