"I like it"

"The Gem of Omaha in my opinion. 100 year old hotel, But everything is up to date so it’s every bit as comfortable as a major hotel chain . Nice room, super comfortable bed, quiet. I travel almost every week, and I got the best nights sleep here. I can’t remember sleeping this good anywhere else. Restaurant staff and food were pretty good , and all staff were friendly. You felt as if they actually appreciated you being there."

"Overall the hotel was good - no breakfast but coffee was offered, recieved a free drink token which is a nice touch, oarkinf isnt the best, hotel was clean and modern, gym was nice. rooms are very small. area was nice, lots of shopping and resturant near by. Overall, my experience at the hotel was quite positive. While there wasn’t a breakfast option, I appreciated the complimentary coffee provided. "Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. "

"Clean room - beautiful and open concept! However, shower water pressure was awful and it’s super noisy in the rooms. You can hear everything people are saying or doing. Very hard to get any sleep or relax because it was super disturbing."

"Receptionist did not know basic questions and false about what was down/not working for example the pool area. Receptionist also was not very well versed when talking about the the facilities breakfast. Instead of just being positive she said, “ look it is not that all it is cracked up to be.” Was very concerned when our room we booked we couldn’t get into but it wasn’t even ready once they got in. Also WiFi a basic amenity in 2026 did not work and tv didn’t also. Never been to a hotel where the...

"There were prior guest clothes hung up in the bathroom. The chairs were heavily stained. There were stains of red liquid on the wallpaper. The shower only has cold water. There was no conditioner in the dispenser. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Would not stay again due to condition of the room. "
