"The absolute friendliest staff. They loved on our golden retriever and were so accommodating. I accidentally (and not to my knowledge) left an air pod in my room and they called to get it back to me and shipped it right away. Rooms are dated but clean. Breakfast was good and the coffee and popcorn in the lobby are a nice touch. "

"The staff were friendly and accommodating! We always enjoy staying here, the water slide is a perk! We had the pullout sleeper sofa in our room, and the only thing I would say is that I wish it had a cover. We did utilize sheets and put bedding on it but a cover that stays on it all the time seems like it would be more sanitary. This is our go to stay when visiting the Medford area! "

"This was the most excellent place i have ever been to! The cabin was pristine and absolutely perfect for a relaxing weekend. It was beautiful. The snowy outside and the warm cozy inside made it perfect for pajamas and books. There were games to play, a woodstove to watch and absolute blissful quiet. The hottub was wonderful and it relaxed the bones on day two. The kitchen is perfect and we made our little meals without chaos.. the bed was firm but oh so comfortable! Even the pillows...
