"Great staff"

"I had high hopes for this place, but was sorely disappointed. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which made the place noisy, AND they informed me after checking in that there would be NO WATER from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. the day I was to check out. I was also told that the freight elevator would be the only working elevator (but all elevators were working). Luckily, I finished up my stay before the water was cutoff. Had I known of the renovations before I booked, I likely would have stayed...

"The property is very outdated! There was a terrible musty smell in the hall and the room smell was not fresh either. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling as well. The fitness room has very outdated equipment. The breakfast was good."

"What I liked was the availability when I scheduled for my 3 night stay. What I didn’t like was I had to have my room key changed daily because the key did not work for the first 2 days. There was an empty area that said washer & dryer ice machine and snack machine on the 3rd floor. The employees were nice, however, I expected more since that is my choice hotel to stay in while I am traveling."

"The room was basically clean except they didn't clean the floors Staff was nice Not pet area but we made do just made sure we cleaned up after her Parking lot was good Pool area wasn't clean beer bottles everywhere n trash We left a day early due to tropical storm he said we would be getting a refund for a days stay but has not shown up yet!! (WE DIDN'T ASK FOR IT BUT HUSBAND WAS TOLD WE WOULD.! ) Not too bad not real nosey"
