"Impeccably managed hotel with wonderful sea views . Staff were extremely professional and friendly . Housekeeping was excellent . Room was very spacious , very comfortable bed with variety of seating options in the room . Breakfast was excellent - very wide variety of hot and cold options . Restaurant and on-site Tassili both very high standard . Spa treatment very good . Would highly recommend the hotel . Short walk into main shopping area so convenient . "

"Well located waterfront hotel in easy walking distance to the town centre and accessible to reach by driving. Room large and well thought out even with three of us in it - kept beautifully clean throughout. Beds were comfy, even the pull out bed for our son which can be a bit lumpy at hotels but he said it was good an it got the thumbs up from him. Staff all very friendly - we didn’t eat at the hotel but all the staff we spoke to on reception, at the bar, in the corridors and in the pool were...

"The hotel is apparently closing soon which is a shame because we loved it. It was a bit quirky and old fashioned but very clean. The staff were superb and very friendly. The bar service and food quality was good. The position was excellent, convenient for the local restaurants and bus station. You can easily reach it by bus from the airport too.
We stayed for six nights with friends and we all had a great time."

"Superb 34m2 room with a balcony overlooking the city (room #214)! Beautiful and relaxing pool. This was our last 3 nights in Jersey after 2 years of living there. The restaurant is excellent and we are very demanding when we go out for dinner! This was a beautiful way to finish our Jersey experience. We also appreciated the downtown shuttle as we had a few back and forth to do. Highly recommended. Staff is always excellent. "

"We did find the bed to be small but we were swapped to another room without any fuss. Our stay was lovely. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was really comfy. The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly. "
