The Hotel was in a very good position, rooms were clean and large, breakfast was freshly made, the hotel was very handy for the bus station and therefore the Airport, fares were 2.55 for any trip on the island

Hotel is in a great position in St Helier, check in was easy, the room was good however it was extremely hot, even with the window open as there was heat but no air con. Facilities were good, but in the Spa area the hot tub was not working nor the heated beds. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The only other problem was the room was not serviced, we were out until 2 pm then again for an hour from 3 but no sign of it being serviced.
