"Only negative was cold water in rooms was not cold. It was a bit far from the bus station but very near a beach and sea lido. The swimming pool was warm and so was the room it was in. It was open long hours so was convenient and not too busy."

"The property was ideally located for exploring the island. The sea view rooms gave amazing views across the bay, albeit across one of the main roads to the east of the island. Each room has a fan. There is no air conditioning. The rooms face the afternoon sun so do get warm but can be ventilated as the window slides open. The rooms were spacious as was the bathroom and our request for an accessible room was accommodated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with...

"I loved the ambience of Hotel De France, very welcoming staff and the food is excellent. The only quibble I have is with the shower in the bedroom. The pressure on the shower was poor. Other than that I had a fantastic week at The Hotel 😀😀"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. We shared one family room (2 adults, 2 children, 1 infant), which was quite cosy but worked well for us. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool a lot. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good but could have better options for vegetarians. The area is not the prettiest, but the city centre and playgrounds can be reached easily by foot (10-15 minutes)."
