"Arrived on June 23rd, the front desk person was wonderful. Helpful friendly and did not announce my room number like other places have. She offered insight to the hotel amenities and really did her job well and with professionalism. The hotel itself is good. Room was clean and as advertised. "The area/property I felt very safe and like the room doors being inside as well as front desk person present. The carpet was not clean upon entering room crumbs and such very noticeable, I let the Front Desk know I thought they would have somebody come up and vacuum it but they never did. My daughter forgot a toothbrush was very nice that they had one at no charge! A room had TV pretty loud 1 night and in morning kids were running down hall very loud.
