This time the office chair was literally broken and threw me into the floor. When I went to call the front desk, the phone wasn’t working so I had to go down there. Their solution was to simply take a chair from the room next door. Lots of sketchy ppl staying there as well. "

"A lot of kids running the halls and screaming without any supervision. Staff did not seem to mind this. We were in a room next to a large amount of kids, with no adult with them. Reserved online and quoted price, that was to be what was paid. Was charged $150.00 more than supposed to. Lied Lodge claimed that we asked for an upgrade, not true - only time we talked to Lied is when we checked in and given room. Lied will not adjust. Will not stay there again. Not worth the money charged and headache over being overcharged."
