"Loved the place. I did not care for bathroom. The commode was too low for me and thought the shower could be safer for someone my age. The shower floor was slick and not enough safety bars. Need better shelve for personal items."

"Great place especially for the price, which included a spacious suite, kitchenette, and free parking! Didn’t have time for the pool or exercise room. Breakfast had a nice variety of sausage, eggs, potatoes, bagels, and hot and cold cereals. Staff was friendly and helpful. Couple suggestions- get eco friendly and use the mounted refillable bottles for soap, shampoo, and lotion. Don’t keep the lobby and hallways below freezing- the AC was excessive. We would definitely recommend this...

"The hotel itself was suitable for my needs for the weekend. But the staff was as rude as they come. The person who checked me out on September 20th 2026 at 4:16am needs to be retrained. When I kindly asked for a receipt emailed, her exact words "Why do you need a receipt? Ain't nothing but your little parking fees". I was shocked. She eventually printed a receipt. But a manager definitely should have been involved. I have no reason to choose this particular hotel again."

We also really enjoyed the pool—it was a great way to relax during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again!"

"First thing when we got there it was very hot outside. Got to our room and no A/C thermostat had dead batteries. Called the front desk and they sent someone right up ASAP. But it should have been working when we got there. Plus front desk person at check out was not friendly at all. Next trip to Hilton Head we will look into the double tree by Hilton. Plus crazy the charge for parking."

"The good things first….the staff and the kitchen/breakfast were wonderful!! The location is central and the convenience of parking in the back was great..however our room left little to be desired. We were downstairs in the basement in room 8, every morning we heard the kitchen staff and then the parade of people for breakfast, it was non stop and so LOUD. The room was so dark, the blinds were broken, so you couldn’t let any light, paint was peeling in places and the furniture needs to be...
