"During my recent stay at the Springhill Suites, coinciding with my son's Marine Corps graduation, I was immediately impressed by the refreshing ambiance upon entering the premises. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment. The breakfast service was exceptional, and the air conditioning system performed flawlessly. Furthermore, the staff demonstrated commendable helpfulness."

The only negative I have to say is that the walls were paper thin and I could hear the people talking, but seem to be normal voices in the room next to me but other than that I don’t have anything negative to say. "I would stay here again and again. I love the ambiance and charm of the historic home which still shines through along side the luxurious updates in the beautiful bathroom, soft rugs, comfy bed. They have thought of everything and provided a beautiful space to enjoy it in. Games, toiletries, coffee, water, an honor wine bar upstairs. I cannot wait to go back. "Stayed there during the Beaufort Water Festival and had a challenge with my wife's arrival that was going to cause me a few headaches. I explained my situation to Jeanette who was checking me in and she went above and beyond to instantly solve and was so kind and gracious while doing it. This place defines Southern Charm and Hospitality. Will stay here again for sure!"

"This is a great hotel walking distance to beach etc. But what the problem was for me and my family for the entire days staying here, we had to take showers in cold water. There was no hot water."
