"Great hotel and staff."

"Staff was rude after we extended our stay. They called around 1:30pm asking if we were going to check out or extend even though the night before the guy at the front desk told us we were good to go. The following day after extending again due to the fire and still not having somewhere to stay, we got a loud knock and aggressive shaking/yanking at the door around 3:30pm. My husband was sleeping since he had an early day and had just gotten back. They had double booked us and decided it was okay...

"Rooms needed updating, no plug in the washbasin. Paint chipped on the doors. Toilet door wouldn’t close properly. Breakfast area, sure needs updating. Walls and doors all chipped. Breakfast was so basic and tasteless. No monitoring of breakfast and cleaning of tables etc."

"Refreshing change from a hotel! There was some dirt/dust in a few spots, and hair on the floor and even walls… Keurig machine handle was broken. TV had streaming (PlutoTV or similar) channels but no local channels or major networks. Very scenic and woodsy and nice to get away from noisy downtown streets and highways. However, there was only one other unit that was occupied when I stayed, and for whatever reason they decided to put us next door to one another instead of spacing us out a bit,...

"I love the location of this condo and that it is pet friendly. The condo has comfy pillows and beds and decent kitchen. It could use coffee pot and real glasses. When we arrived it was 44 degrees inside. It took multiple messages to property manager to figure out what buttons to use to restart fireplace and bedroom heater. It took hours to warm up, it was miserable. The door is very hard to open and close/lock. It's not the property's fault but other pet owners were HORRIBLE. Some one...
