"Staff was very welcoming and polite. Had a really good stay, the rooms were updated and very modern and clean. Pretty quiet during my stay. The only issue I had was the low water flow in the bathroom sink and the a/c filter smelled like it needed to be changed. Had to put the a/c on 65 to feel comfortable at night otherwise it would’ve felt too hot at night."

"Smells amazing when you walk in the hotel. Room (540) was spotless, extremely clean, room was nice and cool when we walked in, crispy linen, spacious room, spotless sofa, frig, micro. Bathroom was super clean and spotless- the shower was perfect! Breakfast was great- oatmeal, eggs, potatoes and peppers, sausage, all kinds of breads, cereal, yogurts and fruits. The front desk personnel were so kind and nice! I would totally stay again!!! Thank you!"

"The room I booked said it slept 5 people. However, it only slept 2 people. It had 1 king bed. The person at the front desk claimed that you could pull out the bottom of the sofa and a twin bed would pull out, but we tried that and it would not budge. Even if that was really a twin bed like they claimed, that's still only 3 beds and the room does not sleep 5 people. There was no air conditioning in the hallways. It was 90 degrees and humid in there. We had to walk through the rainforest every...

"Well,the first morning that i had breakfast,i was given a paper cup for coffee,so i thought maybe they were out of real cups ,so there was a another couple came in and they got real coffee cups,and i thought my waitress was rushing things,i didn't like that but my next day breakfast was EXCELLENT"

"The property needs a SERIOUS upgrade. Everything’s rusty. Fridge door has to be lifted in order for it to close and the freezer didn’t work. Sheets were dirty. Disorderly people staying at the property. My room was caught in the middle of a huge fight that started across the hall, rolled up and down the hall, bounced off my room door and then ended in a room next door to us. People were allowed to leave their room doors open and let their kids run up and down the hall, yelling, cursing,...
