"Our room was amazing. More room than a regular double Queen bed room. Traveling with two teenagers as well. Area was perfect to bring our dog with too. Breakfast great and plenty of stores within walking distance. Would stay here again!"

"I think this could be the worst hotel in the state of SD! I waited for 20 minutes for someone to check me in. The lobby was filthy. A very institutional vibe. Not welcoming. The elevator has torn carpet & pretty sure it has not been cleaned in years. First elevator I've seen in the USA that did not have a state or local govt certificate displayed in the elevator stating it was inspected & safe to use. Elevator opened on the third floor & it looked like there was spilled gravel on the floor....

"I called the front desk at 9:15 and asked for a blanket. They told me they would be right up with it and never showed up!!! There are only 18 rooms and I don’t think it was very busy at all because he made a comment I was the first person he had helped all day."

"The hotel was nice. The staff were great! The air conditioner in our room made a pretty loud rattling noise when the air/fan was tuning off so that kept us awake some at night. The fitness room is super tiny. The breakfast area was a nice size and had many choices. Overall a good stay!"

"The facility was excellent! Pay close attention to the signs and room number because the property is spread over a 3- block area your key card will only give you access to YOUR building location. Have your confirmation number ready and complete online check-in prior to arrival. This hotel is self check-in with a kiosk. The building manager may be contacted by phone only."

"The only thing I would like to mention is the back door area was filthy. Dirty, not swept in a very long time. Front door was okay, but we parked in the back due to overflow in front. Back door area was bad. Door glass bad and not swept up and the grill back there i wojkd have NEVER used due to dirty"

"They obviously don't like working with people that use 3rd party apps to book. I booked at 2 queen room, they tried giving me a 1 queen room and said it was expedia's fault. 3 hours later after they realized it was their fault, I got into my 2 queen room. Horrible."

"Sue at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. It is very clean and a good value for the money. The location was good and access was easy. The breakfast is a bag with a sweet roll, water, fruit cup, and apple juice. My only issue is that hotels should now advertise this versus "free breakfast." Secondly, the person in the morning should have proactively offered me the "bag breakfast" versus having to have me ask for it. Overall, it was good one night's stay and I would recommend it. "
