"It was the smallest King bedroom we ever stayed in, so the space felt tight to move around in.The bed was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was the best ever! However, the floor tile was very old and dark and needs to be replaced. The parking was tricky as the hotel was quite full. The staff couldn't have been nicer 'tho not all were fluent in English. We found them to be very kind and friendly with every encounter. The breakfast room was cold but the eggs and sausage were delicious. ☺️"

"The room was not clean. There was bed bugs. It looked like a motel for homeless people. It smelled awful. The hallways were not that clean. Also the walls were filthy. Overall, I would give it a rating of a -7. This place needs to be fully inspected and updated. The rating listed is not accurate. It should be a 3 or 4. They were nice enough to refund my money. I ended up going to a 9 star hotel."

"first room ac didnt work, 2nd room the shower was messed up, tub didnt drain, bathroom light swtich was falling out of the wall and the toilet sat so low to the ground, i thought it was for a child. beds were not great. rooms need alot of updating. posted pics are decieving"

"Beautiful Mountain Inn with cozy decor, nice size room, large bathroom with very nice shower which heats up quick and provides nice pressure. Bed is very comfortable and room has extra-large compact fridge with freezer compartment. One note Room 17 has loose toilet base and rocks slightly."

"It was a pleasant stay, with a convenient, clean room. Had to use my key card to operate the elevator, didn't know that in advance."

"Checked in, then started noticing some shady characters loitering in the parking lots. 2 seperate incidents involving police, all before dark! Bed sheets had stains, shower was dirty! I'll never be back"

"It was nice to stay in a brand new hotel. We didn't have any issues. The only area of opportunity and growth is getting a commercial sized air freshener/purifier. Because it is pet friendly you can smell it as soon as you walk in. Like a nice wet puppy. You can visibly see it was clean but the scent would discourage non-pet people. Super nice and in a great location."
