"The whole staff were outstanding."

"Beautiful view. Friendly staff. Nice exercise room."

"Well-designed layout of the room, good privacy, adjustable ac/fan. Very quiet inside, despite being on busy street."

"The toilet seat was broke, floors dirty, tile coming up from the floor, no towels or soap left in the room. The desk person was nice and did get us some towels and soap. The ad said near the lake and no where near the lake. You can’t even see the lake from there. Just a bad experience. I will not stay there again."

"I didn’t like that there was no coffee in the room"

"Great for our needs!"

"Everything was fantastic except for the trash that was left on the front porch by the previous occupant. This was in the instructions for checkout, but the staff never picked it up. I called guest service, she explained that’s she’s new working and will call me back with a solution. Calls back a few minutes later...

"Every single person at the facility were so nice!! I was surprised because I’ve been to a lot of places where people act indifferent. All the people at this location were SOOO nice they don’t even know how much I appreciated it."

"The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and unprofessional. My parents traveled from another state only to be told they couldn’t check in early even though they knew they could. She didn’t acknowledge we were there because she was busy on her phone. We returned at 3pm to check in and again she was rude and told us that she didn’t have a king bed available even though the property had little to no occupancy at the time. So she charged us the same price for a double bed. After taking our...
