"Obviously, I was not expecting the Ritz. I just needed a clean place to sleep for a few hours while driving a long distance. There were bugs in the bathroom in the floor and the tub that were dead and there were bugs in the bathroom sink that were alive. When I put my feet under the covers, there were crumbs all over and then when I got up in the morning and showered the hair. Driver did not work. I’ll be traveling back that direction in a few weeks but believe me I will not stay at this hotel."

"There isn't many places to stay in Jackson. This place was a great location as you were so close to the downtown area. It did need some updating and better cleaning. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order. If you are looking for something that is just a place to stay, this isn't too bad. We were in town most of the time. Jackson is a cute town and we enjoyed all the Stranger things locations!"
