"Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. I am a huge ice water drinker. Only one ice machine which was on 1st floor at the endofthehallway. I'm possibly the only one this affected but I think providing ice and water shouldn't be so difficult. I see this in other hotel chains."

Reception guy is playing games on the computer instead of cleaning around. Bathroom and sink faucet are coming out the wall. Horrible place to stay."
