"It was a very nice weekend. The hotel, the staff, the accommodations, the meals. The drinks were all top-notch."

"Avoid! This hotel is undergoing major renovations which Expedia does not list. We arrived at our hotel around 6 in the evening to be told the water would be shut off at 9am for the full day. This was on top of our 4th floor room toilet and sink not draining with gross gurgling noises and dirt backing up into them. Partial breakfast. No workout room or pool. And understaffed front desk (1 person) to help everyone "to save money." That is aside from construction dust everywhere and a demolition....

"The stay was enjoyable, the staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room could have been cleaner, there were stains and peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom, there was something that had run out of a vent on the bathroom wall leaving a white stain on the wall, the air conditioner unit was extremely loud when operating. Given the cost of the stay, I would expect these minor things to have been corrected prior the guest arrival."

"The staff were so friendly. The Taven waitress at night didn’t do a good job though. Got our order wrong and charged us for the other order plus the original order. Forgot to get my husbands drink until he was just about done eating. "

"We had issues with check-in. We checked in at 9 pm and then was subsequently charged a late check-in. Around 11:30 pm we had another guest walk into our room. The next day upon returning to my room, our room keys had been deactivated. Didn’t find out until we were at our room around 10:30 pm. We returned to the desk and got them fixed. We were told that they had us in another. The next morning is when I got charged the late fee. It was all taken care of at checkout but it was a very frustrating...
