A little disappointed to see that one of the elevators was still not working after nearly two months since our first stay. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent hotel for the area."

"Stay For one night everything was clean. A/C worked well. The only issue i had was the tub drained extremely slow and standing in water while showering. But overall very excellent. Would definitely stay again."

"I booked this room based on the parking that was advertised to be good for trucks and trailers. When I got there, I was told I would have to park at Best Western for an additional fee. I would have just booked with Best Western if I had known this in advance. I do not recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean. The staff was nice, but I had a loud noise in my room every hour on the hour from the air-conditioning unit, the maintenance man came in and stated he would fix it in just a little while and never showed back up. The ceiling in the room was also cracking. Also the windows had plastic on them, taped down from painting outside, so I couldn’t let any natural sunlight in. The Housekeeper came and brought me towels, they did not ask if I needed my room cleaned, they never came...

"There was an odor in the room, but luckily we had frebreeze air freshener with us. The pool was closed. The breakfast was good."

"My room was still dirty upon arrival, the environment is not family friendly nor safe. Many people were smoking weed in neighboring rooms making hallways and surrounding areas smell. I also was needing to park in a handicap spot and all the handicapped parking spot’s was filled, with multiple cars illegally parked there; they had no placard or plates showing they could park there."

"We came in late and the night clerk was extremely helpful and friendly! We only stayed 1 night but everything was clean. Highly recommend!"

"We had a uhaul with a car in tow & there was nowhere to park except the fire lane. The clerk said "park at your own risk." When we finally got to our room the toilet was full of poop & clogged completely. It was 12am by now & they said we could switch rooms or someone would come look at the toilet. Uh, no, switch us immediately please. Ice machine was caked in something, looked scary 😨"

"This hotel is around 12 minutes from Sheppard air force base . Right up the street from walmart and about 5 to 10 minutes from most good places to eat . Nice gym and the breakfast was decent ."

"It was 62$, including tax, for the night and was nicer than I expected at that price. Would have been cooler (literally) if the AC had been on before I got there but the room temperature came down pretty quickly. Shower pressure was very lacking but I still got clean sooo? 62$ room.. nice."
