"Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Nice pool, played pickleball and mini golf, both included with the resort fee. Nice to have 2 separate rooms and a kitchen for our family. We didn’t find the chairs or couch in the family room to be very comfortable, but having the space was nice. "

"The resort was nice, but the location was not the best. You don’t get the views that it insinuated you would have. It is right off of the main road, a lot of traffic noise. Across on the side street there’s a shopping center, a lot of foot traffic. On the other side, there’s construction going on. When I saw the room I was getting I asked if I could be moved and I was told they were booked, there was no room to be moved to. I later was able to see that was not the case. "Good location, valets were very attentive with shuttle and vehicle needs, housekeeping was fair, restaurant was very good, front desk was very good except when we were leaving at 5AM. Did not get his name but we felt like we were bothering him. "

"The hotel was lovely, and the room was a great size. It had a living room/kitchenette area and a separate bedroom area. My two complaints are 1) nowhere was it mentioned that their spa was closed for construction (the main reason we chose this resort was for the spa) adn 2) there was no mention of AC work being conducted.
