"Make sure not to get the last room on the first floor as you will be woken up by the noise from the employees coming in and out of the lockers or equipment room door closing loud enough to wake us up multiple times. The other rooms are safe from that Other than that, all was great!"

"The stay was great. Sink was back flowing and clogged when we arrived. They were very attentive and efficient with their response and fixing the issue. Everything else in the room was great. The indoor pool near the arcade does need a little TLC."

"I traveled here over the past weekend, i have a service animal, and the staff was unbelievably helpful in every way, the place was very well maintained. I honestly cannot find anything to be negative about with this place. Even the restaurant on the property was amazing and always gave my service animal water and was very helpful at making him a cheeseburger Without any seasoning. I will 100% return! Even the doorman, every single one of them were amazing. Everybody treated me and my service animals so great, when I stay at places, I clean the room really well. After myself and my service animal, even though they said I did not have to do that. I feel it is something respectful to do. Again, I cannot say enough great things about this. Property and about the staff rvery body was truly amazing and I have traveled all over the entire world, and I was extremely happy with my stay here."

"Parking was nice and easy. Pretty clean except the fitted sheet felt like it had sand on it. I put the bedspread back and slept on a blanket I had brought down and under a blanket I took; fearing the sheets had not been truly changed. My check in was not great. Check in wasn’t until 4:00pm so we were told to wait two hours in the lobby. Another couple came in and were checked in in just a few minutes. I ask what was the problem with my room and they told me it had not been cleaned yet. A lady that appeared to be the manager walked up looked at the computer and told her it was ready and I got to check in. The front ck in lady was friendly just uninformed by cleaning staff. The fourth floor cleaning lady was very sharp and spoked to me very rudely when I needed clean towels. I had brought our ones we had used to her and my bagged trash in the hall because I didn’t want to have my room cleaned after just the first night. After that I cleaned my own room for the remainder of my five night stay. I didn’t trust her in my room after her anger display. All the other cleaning staff on first floor were very friendly when I passed through the lobby. The pool was not fresh and clean. I would not recommend this hotel! "
