We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It looks brand new, and the entire property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is welcoming, and there are nice complimentary amenities, including delicious free coffee. There are also clean and well-kept washers and dryers available for guests. Everything is designed for your comfort. The room has both a stove and a refrigerator, which is very convenient, especially for longer stays. Most importantly, everything is very clean and neat. There is no breakfast, but there are vending machines where you can buy snacks, ice cream, and something to eat, as well as complimentary coffee. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

You could not ask for a better place to stay. From the moment I walked through the front doors , it smells so clean and so fresh and it was such a warm welcoming environment. I will definitely be back, i don't remember the lady's name who checked me in yesterday but I would give her a 5 star. She done so well, she was very thorough on when the doors would be locked and to let me know that they would always be someone at the front. I think maybe her name was Regina.I'm not sure and I apologize if I got the name wrong but I checked in a round 6:30pm quarter till seven pm last night, it was a well lit area at night. I enjoyed my day and I will definitely be coming back

Very new hotel. Comes with full size fridge, microwave, full counter tops. Bed was super comfortable, no bugs (trust me, we checked). Clean sheets & towels, no stains. Highly recommend.

Although this was the first time staying at this type of hotel, We found it very pleasant. I really enjoyed the updated facilities and layout of the hotel itself. The staff was very friendly and personable. As for the pricing it was perfect for the area and seasonal traffic, much more affordable than comparable hotels in the area. I will choose to stay there again if the need arises .

It's a new building property and everything looks new, except the bed seems like your sleeping in a wave, should have a a firm cushion bed..I slept like 3 hours, for people that don't mind that issue, I guess it's ok..

With a reservation, we waited 2 hours for them to clean a room for us and then close to 11 pm we found out the hotel was overbooked and there were no rooms. There weren’t any other hotels available in the area. Worse hotel situation I’ve ever had and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels I. My lifetime. The staff were trying so hard to help but not much they could do.

When I arrived the lobby was full of people who could not get rooms because the manager said their computer was down. I was left with no where to stay at 11pm. I called both hotels.com and Marriott. The option I was left with was trying to find booking at a beach area last minute on my own and booking and paying again with no refund for my current booking. I ended up cutting my stay and driving back home through the night.

I liked the fact that the rooms had cooktops but most extended stay locations offer the use of pots, pans, plates, spoons, and knives which this location does not offer. Everyone at the front desk was amazing, but the cleaners at the property need proper training. The room was not the cleanest and when they performed their weekly cleaning there were always things that were missed. I own a janitorial service company and we also do housekeeping so I understand the struggle with finding quality employees, but I would love to share my expertise and training regimen if a consultant is needed to improve the cleanliness of this location. The room is clean, but the soundproofing is very poor—you can hear people chatting in the next room very clearly. Those who have trouble sleeping should be especially aware that the refrigerator is very loud. Since it’s a freezer model, there’s a loud gushing sound every ten or so seconds. Even if you unplug the refrigerator, the noise won’t stop immediately; it won’t stop until the freezer compartment returns to room temperature.
