"Check in was not Hampton quality AT ALL. The front desk agent at check in was as upbeat as a tortoise. Desk manners were sub par at best and she was chewing gum exactly like a cow chews. There was no laundry room on site. The fitness center did not have a workout bench, no towels and no wipes(the wipes dispenser was thrown on the floor in a closet. The room and breakfast were good but I had a bad attitude from the check in."

"Walking in the room, took my breath away from the smell of must and cigarettes. I walked to the Walgreens to get site freshener. If there were other rooms somewhere else, I would’ve left. The comforter had a yellow stain on the top. Thank goodness I brought my own covers to lay on top. The jacuzzi didn’t work. I was warned at least by the staff. The tub had spider webs all around it. The mirror had not been cleaned. The room was loud from hearing screams on the property. I won’t stay there...
