"This property was amazing! It was such a peaceful place to stay. We spent hours on the front porch overlooking the pond. It was clean and well stocked. The owner took the additional time to leave big spray and allergy medicine in case you forgot to bring your own. The only thing that I wish we would have known ahead of time was that the second and third beds were upstairs in the loft. To get to the loft you need to climb the pull down stairs in the bathroom. I was confused how to get to the loft...

"Room was ok but pillows were horrible, all were soft and when we requested a slightly firmer we were told all are exactly the same. No one said a word to us in the morning despite seeing several staff members in both the breakfast area and as we were leaving."

"The person at the desk was rude to me when I approached her about my key not working. I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay."

"Great hotel and perfect for families and those who need to be able to cook. This specific location does not have an elevator, so those who need to avoid stairs, need to check on available 1st floor rooms. We loved the location; so convenient and honesty quiet."
