When we asked him for a lunch recommendation, he suggested a fantastic local spot! His knowledge of the area and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. "The lobby was under renovation so it was a bit of a mess. Parking very easy but expensive at 45 dollars a night given the cost of the room oer night. The biggest surprise was no housekeeping during the day to replace towels etc. We were told not housekeeping on weekends and we just needed to ask for more towels. Overall, good location."

"Très bel hôtel mais beaucoup de lacunes au niveau des chambres. Pas de verres dans la chambre, peu de rangement et surtout, service de nettoyage au deux jours. Donc pas de bouteille d’eau mais on peut pas boire car pas de verre et pas de café dans la chambre pour le séjour complet. Assez défaillant. Le personnel très courtois cependant et Christopher au bar est vraiment super!"

"Arrived late in the pouring rain. As I checked in the kind lady who was working the desk offered me umbrellas to use as we walked from the parking garage. Nice quiet night with a nice breakfast. "

"The bathroom was so freshly sanitized I could smell the cleaning chemicals, I love a clean bathroom! But the parking lot was almost always full, needs more room for guests. I also couldnt locate the free breakfast, it was unclear where it was served. "

"Hilton should do better, this was a terrible stay . First room window unit AC was very loud fan squealing l. Second room the window AC barely worked and was also very noisy. The breakfast area floor was sticky and the food items were stale. I will never stay at a Spark Hotel again. "
