"Weather was cold and raining, so we spent most of our stay inside. I believe this to be one of the best furnished accommodations we have ever stayed. We could cook, serve and consume any meal or snack we wished. Lighting very good and furnishings throughout the house are extremely comfortable. People we met in the neighborhood were extremely friendly and helpful. There are many outdoor activities nearby like airboat rides, swamp buggy rides, horseback trail rides, canoeing, and kayaking. "

"There was black mold in the bathroom and the shower floor looked filthy. I was assured that it was clean, that magic erasers were used to clean them and it had just worn off coating making them look like that. I’m not convinced. The sink was slow to drain. The clothes dryer didn’t work. My son and his family also had a room here and theirs was worse. Staff wouldn’t even look at their complaints (hair in shower, urine, blood and feces in bathroom). "The house was double booked. The leasing agent was not helpful i sent over 3hrs on the phone with them. They told me they would send an email still waiting told me they were going to call i still have not received it. I eventually told them to cancel it. This left me without a room a midnights after a long day of driving. I had an appointment the next morning. This was a nightmare. I would not book with them again."
