"Great service by the front desk. Very courteous and helpful. I have stayed at this property several times and will be back."

"The front desk worker told me that he did not have any rooms for me because 11:55pm was "too late" to get a room even though I had a reservation and had confirmed it that morning. I knew I was coming in late, which is why I reserved a room in the first place. He did give me a room after I complained that I had no where else to go."
